HAVE FUN WITH IT!


WARM-UP = 40 High Knees + 30 Ice Skaters + 15 Squats....2X


CIRCUIT 5X:


15x/Side Step-up onto chair

15X Hamstring Roll-ins on stability ball/rolling chair/swing (if you don't have any of those, do raised glute bridges on 12" surface).

20 Goblet Squats

15 GOOD Push-ups (do them on the edge of a table or chair if you would otherwise be doing them off off your knees)
