Here are my and Heather's food journals. They're super-different and you'll notice I eat all the time ...and mostly vegetarian. Writing it out helped me notice that I eat A LOT of sweet and probably not enough protein. I'm happy I did this for those reasons alone as I now
know where to now focus my efforts.
