WHO WE ARE

Transform Nation is comprised of people just like you. You'll be welcomed into a clan of parents, spouses, and hard-working people investing in themselves and improving themselves through this progressive fitness and wellness program.  Everyone starts at their own level and there are options for every exercise. 

 

What sets us apart from traditional boot camps is that we truly want you to reach your goals, so workouts are progressive and tailored to the group's dynamic. We text you before every session and follow up with you if you miss. We integrate nutrition and yoga and adventure trips too! You've got this -- and we've got you!

WHAT TO EXPECT

FOR THE DURATION OF SOCIAL DISTANCING PRACTICES,

SESSIONS ARE FOUR WEEKS

10-PERSON GROUPS MEET FROM 5:30-6:20AM AND 6PM M/W/F

With our ever changing pandemic situation, we will do our best to keep everyone safe. Transform Nation Bootcamp will subscribe to the following guidelines:

* GROUPS ARE LIMITED TO 10 PEOPLE

* We will ONLY meet outdoors.  If weather does not permit us to meet, class will be rescheduled for the following morning

* 6 ft distancing

* ALL equipment will be sanitized and bootcampers are encouraged provide their own equipment if possible (Dumbbells, bands or Kettlebells are all used)

*All bootcampers will be required to wear washable work gloves that will be transported in their own Ziploc

We are not an aerobics class. Our program is a progressive transformative process. We incorporate all of the most effective fitness training techniques and apply them according to both your, and the group's ability, and increase according to the group's progress.

 

Our workouts kick off with dynamic stretching and a game to warm the muscles. Then, we employ the most effective methods of fat-burning, heart-strengthening HIIT work through FUN challenges and relays. At cool-down, we cover Q & A's about health and exercise while informing your body that it's time to relax. Every session is guaranteed to leave you energized and ready for an awesome day.

Johanna Adams

Hi!  My name is Johanna Adams and I am a mother of four, lover of all (well most) things edible, and a Certified Personal Trainer. I've been running bootcamps in Delavan, WI for the past four years and in the Chicagoland area for the two prior. I love fitness for the outlet it has provided me and for the health and physical freedoms that it as given me. I love it even more for having seen it empower countless others and I believe in its transformative power so much, that I am endlessly seeking ways to make it accessible to as many people as possible. I also know that people are more likely to stick with exercise when they are sweating along side a friend, have proper reward systems in place, and feel accomplished... hence the bootcamp format.  But this program is much more.  Transform Nation is just that: a Nation of STRONG, EMPOWERED, MIGHTY folks who invest in themselves to BE their best selves -- and it transforms lives.
